Presentation Equipment & Slide Submission

To ensure all sessions run smoothly, speakers can choose to present using either their personal laptop or the venue’s local computer. Please review the requirements below:

Option 1: Using Your Own Laptop

  • Testing: Speakers using their own laptop must test their connection (HDMI/display setup) in the session room during the break prior to their assigned session.

  • Plenary Speakers: If you are presenting a Plenary / Invited Talk, your laptop must have Zoom installed, as these sessions will be broadcast live to secondary auditoriums.

Option 2: Using the Venue's Local Computer

  • Software: Local computers are equipped with Microsoft PowerPoint and a PDF Reader.

  • Advance Submission: To avoid technical delays, please upload your presentation file in advance (preferably by the day before your talk) using our submission form:

  •  Submit Presentation Slides Here

Poster Presentations
Format & Dimensions: There is no mandatory template (design is flexible). We highly recommend using the standard A0 format (84.1 x 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation.
Schedule: Poster presentations will take place on a single designated day as specified in the official conference program. Authors are asked to check the program schedule to confirm their assigned poster day and session time.
