Cancellation Policy
Participants may request cancellation and a refund up to seven (7) days after confirmation of registration. If the registration period is extended, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted during the extension period; that is, refund requests will only be accepted for registrations made within the original registration period. Note: Refunds will not be issued in full. Banking and FACC service fees will be deducted, and reimbursements will be processed only after the end of the event. In the case of cancellation by the participant, FACC will retain 10% (ten percent) as operational and administrative expenses (OAE), and the executing institution will retain 1% (one percent). If the cancellation occurs due to a decision by the executing institute, the registration fee will be refunded in full. In this case, the institute will be responsible for managing the registrations for a new edition of the course and/or event, if applicable. If registration is made after the deadline established on the registration platforms, the corresponding amount will be fully refunded to the depositor.
